"Guys it has been  a long time I have been putting the posts but I will be putiing posts every month"

PROGRAMMER:He is the person who will be coding all the time in front of the screen and developing his programming skills and problem solving skills.

He will be looking for problems and finding solutions

DEVELOPER: a developer is anyone involved in the development of software- they develop it from idea to product. A developer would, by this definition, be anyone from a code monkey to a tester to a PM.He can intergrate with things and configure it and apply his knowledge.
